Ramen Blue

Color-altered image of condensation on a clear glass lid while cooking ramen on my studio burner in winter. Thickest condensation I have ever seen. Original colors were amber-gold-brown, but was unsure how people would respond to brownish water as there are no good scenarios for brownish water! Blue however ..... ! Young children have given it the best name - that if I had heard it before I first sold it, the image would be called: "Mermaid Scales". Drats!

This particular image is an 11" x 14" photograph on archival paper using pigmented inks. The image is mounted to 3/16" foamboard, double matted (white mats) to a 16"x 20" frame size. All preparation materials are archival. The image is signed/numbered in lower right corner from the edition of 250
