Evening sunset in spring over Loch Dunvegan on the northernmost part of the Isle of Skye in Scotland. Was a break between two massive spring storms, one in the North Atlantic and one coming up the coast of the United States through Ireland into Scotland. No guarantee this break was going to happen. I was hopeful - and it worked perfectly! Beautiful sky colors and clouds. All perfect. The colors are natural too, no Photoshop'ing. That is largely due to this part of Scotland being at the same latitude as Hudson Bay in Canada here in North America. Pretty far north.

As all my images, this comes in a variety of presentations: print only, notecard, matted, gallery-wrap canvas and framed. They come in many sizes and can be custom-sized (virtual fitting) to your wall space. Contact me and I will guide you on selections!

This particular image is a 15"x30" photograph on archival paper using pigmented inks. It is mounted to 3/16" Gatorboard with a matte lamination applied to the surface that removes all light reflection and removes the need for using glass in the framing. All preparation materials are archival. The frame I use is a wood frame with a linen liner, the combination adding 2.5" in each direction. Thus, the outside dimensions (wall space taken up) is 20" x 35". The image is signed/numbered in lower right corner from edition of 250.
